really good waterfront stay!!!
great location smiling staff excellent buffet
The breakfast buffet offered AMAZING variety. I loved the attentive staff and harbour views. my room provided entertainment with ships in the harbor!!! the location had easy access to attractions, restaurants and bars. staff members were always smiling, helpful and cute.
I found the gym undersized. This is a minor issue for such a large hotel. it's not a deal breaker because i didn't visit to exercise.

comfortable bedding convenient location breakfast queue chaotic room cleaning
the bedding was quite comfortable. the location near the waterfront proved convenient. the staff were very helpful.
There was a queue at breakfast. I waited a while. also, the room cleaning felt a bit chaotic, it seemed something was often missed.

the breakfast buffet offered MANY options and the food tasted fresh. the location near the waterfront made exploring the area REALLY easy.
the gym felt a bit cramped for a hotel of this size. the simba restaurant only had tasting menus which limited the dining options.

The hotel features direct access to the V&A mall. I didn't need to go outside. Breakfast included many dish options. I saw dolphins from my fourth-floor room (what an unexpected sight!).

Excellent Stay on the Waterfront
five-star hotel fantastic view helpful staff breakfast box
The hotel is a five-star hotel and meets those expectations. The location is great with fantastic views. Just being able to walk onto the harbour is a real bonus. Staff members are helpful and friendly and they accommodated all of our requests with a smile. On my departure, I had an early flight, and they provided me with a breakfast box to go.

breakfast service broken ac
the location was alright and i had access to shops near.
the breakfast service was slow and not good. i waited too long for my order one morning and left. the hotel key cards didn't work a few times and i had to get them fixed a lot. there was no hot water in my room on the last day and i think the ac was broken too.

amazing location helpful concierge rooftop pool abysmal queue disinterested staff barely warm food
The location is amazing. it's super convenient for restaurants and shops. the concierge were helpful with trip information. the rooftop pool is a nice addition. It is great to relax and cool down after exploring.
the breakfast queue was abysmal. lobby breakfast staff seemed disinterested. standard items were missing from the table. trays of hot food were barely warm.
